Defining A Leader

A great leader today is defined by their level of creative potential… which requires them to be fully present in every moment. Leaders once thought they needed to be up front, directive and keep some distance to fit the mold, but now that has shifted to them being the real deal, vulnerable and finding team players who are a true fit with their vision.

Number one thing that leaders need to remember today… “People don’t care what you know until they know that you care.”  It is all about building a good relationship with the people who are part of your tribe…

But the only way that can happen is by building trust and hope in the people around you, through being totally authentic in your actions and communication.

Creative leaders form a sound CONTEXT that promotes generous CONTENT, through the process of co-creation. And this new and creative style of leader is only interested in the power of SYNERGY because we are fast becoming a collective focused society and synergy based principles are the most effective way for leaders to be creative and productive.

Synergy is the creation of a whole that is greater than the simple sum of its parts. The term synergy comes from the Attic Greek word συνεργία synergia[1] (confer Koine Greek: συνέργεια synergeia) from synergos, συνεργός, meaning “working together”.
